I'd have to say I do not like a lot of cards in your deck if your doing Unicorn/Lion
1) Way of the Unicorn and Breakthrough are trash cards IMO. WotU isn't going to do you much so I would cut it entirely. Breakthrough is completely dependent on breaking provinces and doesn't help you win battles. It's much better to have cards that help you win, then cards that help you win more, which Break Through is. I'd cut entirely.
2) You need Miya Mystic x3 to help with nega attachments and help enable Cloud the Mind. Quite frankly, I think the Keeper Initiate is a trap card and is an easy cut there or the Aggressive Moto.
3) You should run Entrenched Position over Ancestral Lands. You can use Captive Audience to make it a surprise 10 PS.
4) I'd cut those characters out of C deck and make them Iuchi Wayfinders so you can enable Cloud the Mind AND can scout what your attacking. 4) You'll need Assassinate x2 or x3 to punish opponent's you buy cheap dudes with fate on them, I'd run it at x2. In addition, it can be a great enabler for the Champ as you kill the spud who they would sacrifice to the Champ. the Honor loss is rough, but manageable with some smart air grabs.
5) I'd cut Swift Magistrate Entirely, I think she is really bad.
6) Every deck should be Fine Katana x3 and Ornate Fan x3. Honored Blade isn't all that great IMO in comparison.

Thanks for the feedback, but I have changed things since then and I’m going with Crab splash. Lion really isn’t working. I have 3 Hirmuka rs, 2 Stoic Gunso, 1 Watch Commander and 1 Levy but I’m thinking of swapping the Levy for another Watch Commander.
And I did get Miya Mystic, three of them

I'm not sure about Endless Plains as a province. I guess the good thing is that you don't necessarily need to trigger it but if they have a 1 cost pud with no fate on it to choose the reaction is useless, and a 2 strength province is incredibly difficult to defend.
I'd almost prefer Rally to the Cause, so you can switch to a Military conflict and be able to defend with your Moto Hordes or anything really. Plus it has a 4 strength value which makes it easier to defend.

Playing against Unicorn, the fear of Endless Plains forced me to never send a good character alone, which lowers my defending numbers.
That being said, the fear is there even if the Unicorn player doesn’t actually include Endless Plains, so I agree re: Rally.

Because Entrenched Position s good at a stronghold against Crane, Phoenix or Scorpion. Particularly with Captive Audience

I need something good as I got tourney in a few days. My win rate is still not good on Jigoku. Maybe I’ll try another game with Steve.
What I also don’t like is my conflict deck is so finely balance that I, not sure what to take out for a new card.
